REGISTRATION

• Online registration for WCE Studio Nationals opens August 1, 2026.

• Studios who complete registration and payment by March 1st, 2027 will automatically receive our
Early Tuition Rate. Any registration not paid in full by that date will be adjusted to standard pricing.

• For on-site registration, payment must be made via credit card, cashier’s check, or money order.

• We are unable to accept cash, personal checks, or studio checks for any on-site payments.

REFUND POLICY

• Attendees who choose to cancel on their own are not eligible for refunds; however,
dancers who cannot attend will receive a credit voucher that may be applied to a
future WCE Studio Nationals event.
